Services: Electrical services provided by Keyspark Electrical, including fault finding, EV charger installation, solar & battery installation, testing, and consumer unit installation

3. Scope of Services

Keyspark Electrical offers a range of electrical services, including but not limited to:

Fault Finding
EV Charger Installation
Solar & Battery Installation
Testing
Consumer Unit Installation

4. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations and estimates provided by Keyspark Electrical are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued. Prices may vary after this period.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of contract signing. Payment for services rendered must be made within the agreed timeframe.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers are required to:

Provide accurate information to facilitate the service
Ensure the site is accessible for the installation and maintenance work
Obtain any necessary permissions and approvals for the work to be carried out

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Keyspark Electrical provides a warranty on parts and labor for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. After-sales service is available to address any issues that arise during the warranty period.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their contract within 14 days of signing without penalty. Cancellations after this period may incur charges based on the work already completed.

9. Liability

Keyspark Electrical will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.

10. Health and Safety

Keyspark Electrical adheres to all health and safety regulations. Customers must ensure a safe working environment for our team.

11. Confidentiality

Keyspark Electrical will keep all customer information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

Keyspark Electrical reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
